Led by Lauren Ann, a highly qualified yoga teacher, sound healer, and holistic wellness expert, this program guides you through 20 progressive yoga sessions that will help you move with ease, manage stress, and cultivate a long-lasting mind-body connection.
Meet Your Coach: Lauren Ann
Lauren Ann is an internationally recognized Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), sound healer, and holistic health practitioner. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology from the School of Health UK, and training as a Co-Active Coach (CTI, US), she combines science-backed knowledge with traditional healing practices to help individuals restore their health naturally.
Her passion for holistic wellness stems from both her personal healing journey and her deep commitment to helping others—especially women—overcome chronic health challenges like PCOS, hypothyroidism, and stress-related conditions. Lauren is also studying Herbal Medicine for Women under Dr. Aviva Romm, expanding her expertise in natural healing.
Through this program, Lauren blends yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help students enhance mobility, balance hormones, and cultivate inner peace—creating lasting vitality and longevity.
